Overall we can see from the notes that this particular short documentary was rather informal as it consisted of a lack of documentary and did involve a slight sense of an observational view however at the same time was close up and involved a question and answer theme. There was no clear dramatic event within the clip except for the revealing of the nails at the end of each person. You could call this the "taaa daaa" factor. Overall there wasn't anything particularly educational about this documentary and it was all rather bizarre.
